Chris took on a Manager position part way though a contract we worked on together. He was an absolute natural at it and led the team so well. By the end of the contract, I think it's fair to say all of us were really fond of him. He was always so calm, principled and unbelievably fair with us, always. He spoke about his family with pride and warmth, my condolences to them and his friends who knew him longer.
